Delicious, hot, fresh authentic Cornish pasties. Lamb and mint plus cheese and onion were both so tasty. Would definitely return. Parking nearby in paid car park and on street if you can get a space.

I was a bit confused about sabich pitta sandwich this morning but turns out that was listed on uber eats 2021 so perhaps change in ownership? I had a spicy seafood and salad roll instead, it was lovely. Passing lady said it looked delicious and wanted to try one. Friendly staff. Next time I'm down that way I'd like to try the cakes!

Love this bakery, sausage rolls are truly amazing. Pasties are good value and well made . Bread looks good but haven't tried it Cake selection is reasonably priced and tastes great. Recommended.

Talking about the freshly made sandwiches in particular, Every single roll is made with such care and its so consistent. Its simply the best bread I have ever had and is of very high quality made by a trained experienced chef. But most importantly its a nice friendly and kind environment a true gem of a place that I feel lucky to live close to. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely handmade roll with wide variety of bread choice. Tuna bap in medetranian roll was lovely.

Popped in for a ham salad roll at lunchtime. The choice of salad was brilliant and my roll was amazing. Did intend to take photo but I forgot too busy eating. Never been here before but I will defo be back. Thank you!

Without doubt the best bakery in the UK. I have worked up and down the country for 12 years dined in thousands of places but never experienced anywhere like this. Sandwiches are unbelievable all on daily homemade fresh bread, pies are full of meat and favour. Had the curry for the last 3 days (2 different types) it’s just outstanding, unreal amount of cake choices.
If anything the place is too cheap.

Went in there today and bought the freshest roll I’ve had in years. They were still warm. Apparently the baker makes Irish soda bread and I’m beyond delighted ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ Will be back! The children loved all the rolls, bread and cakes. Yummy and thank you 💗

Everything I've tried has been really good.
I was sent there by another Babbacombe shop owner who knows how picky I am.!
It's so great we have this bakery on doorstep.I love this bakery, I love the food, everything I've tried has been delicious, and big enough to fill me up at a reasonable price. I love the staff, always friendly, and Moose (my dog), loves Dave and his treat tin. Definitely worth a look if your hungry.

The Bakery is going from strength to strength and is happy to play it's role for the local community and despite all, remaining open during the pandemic.
We have a lovely community here and lovely regular customers with very good feedback.
We welcome you all and clearly can see for yourselves the changes made.
And obviously the best home made pasties in the Bay.

Perhaps you should have taken into consideration the amount of people in the shop, the fact that the lady in question was trying to serve everyone in a timely fashion, train a new employee, fix a problem with the cash register and deal with your questions all at the same time! I have noted that of your last 12 or so reviews 6 of them have been negative and mostly for all of the same reasons. Speaks volumes. Stumbled accross this bakery by chance and im so glad i did. Honestly the nicest baguette ive had in years. Fresh bread, fresh tasty ingredients and so reasonable. Also really lovely people, welcoming to me and my baby girl, super friendly and helpful.
